SA Post Office living up to its reputation again (sad)

After a month of waiting for my international parcel to arrive, I finally got the notification that the parcel was waiting for me at Rynfield Post Office. As I work in central Jo'burg, I only managed to arrive at the post office at 5:05pm yesterday. The female postal worker absolutely refused to help me. The door was open, the computers were on and she hadn't even begun to close the office yet. I explained my situation and she still refused to help me.

As she is a customer facing individual, I am not surprised the public image of the post office is so negative. 5 minutes... really!
