SA Post Office - Lichtenburg

I’ve just visited the Post Office in Lichtenburg. What a BAD experience! The person who assisted me was totally rude and not very eager to assist. I’ve told him that I was informed by email that the package was scanned in on 08/02 at the Mafikeng hub. He then threw a tracking results paper on the counter, drawn from the internet (something I already did), and then asked me if I cannot read ? I’ve asked him to call his supervisor, he rudely told me she is on lunch and called the next customer! As a customer of the Post Office, I must say, this was the worst service I ever received.

The tracing results now show that the package was scanned today at JHB Int Mail Centre? (not corresponding with the info received via Customer Service)

Absolutely pathetic, how do you trace a package with service like this ? ? ?
