SA Post Office - Licence to *****

After having a book delivered from the USA simply disappear, I bought a second copy of the book and managed to obtain a record of the parcel's delivery tracked all through the USA to OR Tambo by the US Postal Service. I can see when it left the airport, presumably to the Johannesburg mail hub. From then on nothing. I have mailed the SA Post Office's Customer Services twice and Mark Barnes once. No response, even after the strike ended. Does the SA Post Office have a Customer Services for its Customer Services?
