SA POST OFFICE LAZZZZY PEOPLE

My orders from Wish was delivered in January 2019 already, but the post office never send me a slip to collect my parcels. There is millions of parcels that was never sorted..............they don't care you just have to wait!! My orders from last year never arrived, what can you do in a situation like that where your stuff was delivered but you never received it from the post office. I never received my stuff that I ordered in June 2018 that's how lazy they are. Your parcels just never arrive............I don't know what they do..............but surely they don't work. I send them numerous emails in connection with my tracking numbers, but no reply. Please people catch a wakeup we pay a lot of money for our stuff.....................and for what! if we don't receive it from the post office.
