SA POST OFFICE - Laughing Matter

Sorry there is no star everything at the South African Post Office sucks, no response from customer services. I have ordered a book in April 2018 from book depository with no costs for delivery for a friend who is dying from cancer. The book arrived in May 2018, I have contacted the post office on a daily basis. My friend sins past away it is now Desember I am still waiting it has been sitting with WITSPOS HUB now for 3 Months. Still waiting for response from POST OFFICE, what a joke only in South Africa
