SA Post Office (Langalibalele St.) doesn't keep to opening hours

I am forced to travel to this post office since my local post office branch was closed and demolished. I arrived and joined the long queue at the door at 8 AM which is supposed to be the opening time. I gave up waiting at 8:35 AM and left to go to work. One of the ladies in the queue was trying to get the attention of the people inside (presumably staff) by tapping on the windows. Clearly there's no commitment to the opening hours displayed on the doors to the building. No wonder the SA Post Office is dysfunctional and bankrupt.
