SA Post Office lack of service and theft

I have a parcel that shows up as “Departed from local distribution Center” since from 16-Jun-2018. I have been checking the parcel progress and regrettably have to report that no progress has been made. Further, recently the parcel does not show on the post office tracking system or the system is not working. I have had some brief communications and lately I'm just being ignored. The post office is not doing there work and or *****ing the packages.
