SA Post Office KZN

Im highly disappointed by SA Post office i went to post office in cato ridge, Camperdown and Pietermaritzburg (Longmarket Street) to withdraw money on my post bank account all of them don't have money from friday till to-date. I want to close my account and withdraw all my money I’ve never heard of a bank that doesn't have money and no new cards to issue from last year since i lost my card.
