SA Post Office = Just another Failed SOE

How are these people still in business??

All I see on this site are negative reviews, so let me add my 2cents as well. I purchased some urgent replacement parts from the UK and before I could request that they use a decent courier, it was sent using Royal Mail.

The journey with Royal mail completed in 2 days and then it fell into the Abyss that is the South African Post Office. it is now more than a month later and the only update is that it departed the JIMC A more than a week ago.

Maybe they are sending it on the back of a dead Donkey down to Cape Town, I'm not sure, but this is truly ridiculous.

I will now make it a priority to engage with each overseas Postal Service and lodge complaints regarding them using the SA Post Office as their local agent. The should rather use PostNet.

I'm sure everyone on this forum will happily pay an additional charge to use a private company rather.
