SA POST OFFICE is without a doubt the worst entity ever

SA POST OFFICE is without a doubt the worst entity ever. Of my last 5 orders 2 got ****** at Witpos sorting center and the other 3 is been sitting at "sorting centre, ZA39555" for 2-5months. How is it that my Parcel can travel from overseas within a week go through customs and then in the hands of our pathetic postal service it takes them another 6 months to not deliver but rather stole or lose my shipment. There is absolutely no contact number you can phone where someone actually answers a phone let alone help you. I've tried my luck going to different post offices trying to locate where my parcels are, either the the person behind the desk is so rude or they say they cant see anything. And now they fighting court to handle more small packages (It is a joke). I know 5 year old's that will run your business better than you and your team.
