SA post office is USELESS

Useless place , been sending an email for them to release my parcel EVERYDAY and noone has been responding , when I phone theres aparently a 30 min wait time.. my parcel has been stuck there since feb by the way .. absolutely USELESS if I could give it a worse rating I would
