SA POST OFFICE is the worst service provider of its kind

The post office must me the worst business of its kind. i have a parcel which is a T-SHIRT which was sent from the US and stuck at customs since the 22nd of may. i have sent numerous emails and calls. The last agent i spoke to told me that someone is probably wearing my T-shirt as we spoke and i must just let go of the idea of ever receiving it. This is ridiculous.
