SA post office is the worst service in history of worst services

i have been waiting for 5 months right now and there is no change in status, today is the 18th december 2019, and my order was shipped out of uk on the 20th june 2019. why not just close down he company because its a disaster at its best. no calls answered and also email response whatsoever.
