SA POST OFFICE is Not SAFE

My mother and I had our fist experience using the post office and I'm disgusted. My mother is a pentioner and went to sacrifice getting me a cellphone at MTN Kenilworth Cape town 2Aug and had it posted from Ottery post office to Steeldale Johannesburg post office 6Aug for collection. I collected it 6th Aug and stepepped out the shop to open my gift to find just and empty box with no phone and went back into the post office to report it to the manager Jacobs Mara witch informed me that without insurance nothing can be done and it happens allot and my mum was told the same thing in Cape Town post office witch wouldn't even assist her to scan and email claim documents etc becy she had no money. We left now with a situation where my mom as a pensioner must pay a contract and just except the phone is gone and she couldn't even afford insurance.
