SA Post Office is grossly ***********

M y international parcel (Domestic Tracking Number: II ********** 35ZA) has been stuck at the Johannesburg International mail center for months now. It's absolutely mind boggling how a package can take this long to be dispatched to a local destination once it's been through customs and everything rather quickly.

I've called the post office (waiting time between 15 and 50min) and all they can tell me is that there is simply a backlog and I have to wait.

Has anybody ever tried fetching it from the Hub themselves? Is that possible?

I'm a freelance photographer and this is ruining my life!
