SA Post office is Failing Us

Bad experience with SA Post office My name is Thabo Malatji I have been trying to get hold of the SAPO customer service for weeks regarding tracking of my parcels RU***NL and RU***NL both from Netherland but till today no emails are been answered and their phones are ringing and no one is picking up this is the most poorest service I've seen in my life . Can I please get clarity regarding those parcels and when i can expect them please
