SA post office is exploiting us in our area Kwamashu post, we need CCTV at the post office in our area

I visited kwamashu post office on friday 25/08/2017 the closing times displayed a 5 oclock during the week and to my surprise on the occasion I arrived at their door at 16:55, There was someone who went in before, I will assume it is a client since he was not wearing post office uniform, the staff members at the tellers asked the client to lock the door just before I could come in, when I asked him why is he locking, he told me that the staff are telling him that he must lock because they use their watch that is on the wall but it was 16:56 on mine. l am very agitated that I have to go there again, and I despise that I have to use the post office service because they offer no service at all, I also work in a service institution and we close at 15:30 and we have clients who come in at 15:29 and still get the service that they require, We close at 15:30 but we end up leaving at 5 sometimes 6 at night because we need to finish with the customers that are still inside, we dont rush for home at 15:30, I was fortunate to leave a little early so that I can fetch my study material, being told by my college's that the post office close at 5, to arrive there at 16:55 and they are already closed. I think companies like UTI and Skynet must be used more often since post office staff members are very comfortable in their jobs, they do not care what happens to the community, UNISA should change my postage to skynet since they care and are efficient, I would vouch for the post office to close down, it has abused me, made me a fool and are misleading us, if you close at 17:00 I can come in at 16:59 and I should still be able to do my transaction. Pathetic service from all of them, especially the manager, He/she did not even come to attend to me as I was engaging with the person who locked the door, how is it that I am early and you can see that I am coming in and you ask someone to race to the door so that I will be locked out, there is no integrity at all, They need CCTV cameras that will monitor this. Manager is not fit at all to be a manager if they are the one promoting this behaviour, thinks about themselves instead of the people, How someone like this lead the team, I wonder, not a leading personality, A leader position needs someone with integrity. The 5 minutes could have made a huge difference to my life, I had to visit again waisting my petrol and time, time is precious and it is money, they think they are doing me a favour but they are not, without people like me there wont be need for post office and which means no job for them, they shouldn't think they doing me a favour, time is time, 5 oclock is 5 oclock.I went there again today during my lunch hour, the time displayed on the watch on the wall is 5 mins forward, and this is the time they use, I was shocked to see this and I even asked the person who was in the que with me to check his time, and I also double check at my work the system time compared d to my phone time, I cannot explain the way I feel, but it is time waisted, having a deadline and because of they watch time, I couldnt transact.
