SA Post Office is absolutely beyond redemption

(Pity there isn't a zero-star rating.) There is absolutely no hope for the SAPO! A relative in the UK posted me a small Christmas card in early December 2020, AIRMAIL. It arrived in my mailbox on 7 May 2021. FIVE months - AIRMAIL!!!

I understand the SAPO has a backlog of undelivered overseas mail of somewhat more than 10 million pieces. How on earth are they going to deliver these at all, with a defunct, broken organization? And now they insist that they should have the sole right (besides effective organizations such as PostNet and couriers) to deliver all packages up to 1 kg. The SAPO is insane.
