SA POST OFFICE IS A JOKE

Hi Peter, <br> <br> RC***ZA , I posted this item on Monday 6 July 2015 at Hillcrest Post Office to go to Pretoria, and paid R27.60 registered mail. <br> <br> According to online track and trace this item is still at Hillcrest Post Office?????? What is going on??? ( I emailed SAPO on Thursday 9 July, with still no reply - SHOCKING, but normal)<br> <br> On the same day (6 July) I sent a card (normal mail) to the United Kingdom - Great Britain, and it was recieved on Saturday 11 July.<br> <br> Whats going on SAPO???? When will my REGISTERED ITEM SENT to Pretoria arrive?????
