SA Post office is a disgrace

I am very disappointed in the SA Post Office I order a International packed to come for delivery, SA Post Office eventually gave me a tracking number for SA as the International one can't be picked up when I go to the branches. My International tracking number is RH ********** 50CN and it is licked to RI ********** 04ZA in South Africa. Just to find out my parcel is in PE instead of JHB for delivery. when I phoned the PE branch they said it is not my parcel the tracking number is licked with someone else name and nobody can give me answers as to where my parcel is it just disappeared?????? so someone has ****** my parcel while I was waiting like a fool for delivery!!!
