SA Post Office-International Parcel?

Hello. I would please like some help/light on the situation. I have an international parcel STILL waiting at customs I believe from the 25th of June 2020 already and it is still there. It says the item has been released by customs on the 25th...so what is taking so long? Where is my parcel? How can it take soo long to get to my local post office? It has been in the country since the 24th of June. It’s almost a month and nothing! What is going on? No one can even tell me where the parcel is. Is it still in customs or is it in transit to my local post office? One person says this and the other that. So what now?... it’s pathetic “service”. How can a parcel take so long?
