SA Post Office International Incoming parcels

Does anyone have a reliable contact number for me to contact the Pot Office about a parcel I was told by my tracking agent had reached and left the Johannesburg International Mail Centre in March 2021 on route to its final destination - me. I have tried on numerous occasions to email them at the address provided - no reply whatsoever and I have also phoned the telephone number that one is requested to phone regarding international parcels - no one answers the phone. I have contacted our Post Office in White River who cannot assist me either. Cannot even get the South African tracking number replacing the International one. I am so fed up. No one is going to accept our orders soon. Someone please hellp me.
