SA Post Office Inefficiency

Been waiting for a parcel from overseas for months now. This parcel was scanned in at JHB INT MAIL CENTRE(HUB) 02 June 2020. I have tried calling the tel number but holding on for 30 minutes or more can surely not be an option. Parcel tracking number RZ***GB. What is going on?
