SA Post Office incompetence.

Utterly useless and less than helpful. o much so that i no longer send my parcels to the Umhlanga Post Office due to there incompetence and lack of customer service. Instead i misplaced my trust in the equally inefficient Glenashley Post Office which is a mere subsidiary of the equally *********** Durban North post office and they too have no answer for my 8 missing parcels from overseas that all seem to go via airfreight on planes that can fly forever as they never land and get logged in SA. If you ask the post office they immediately blame SA Customs who in turn blame SAPO. Between the theft and total incompetence between the two, this is surely one SOE that South Africa can do without. Rather pay a bit more and privatise the whole lot for an actual service than live on the dreams and hopes of SAPO. In a word: useless.
