SA Post Office in shambles

An international parcel was sent to Gezina PO on 2 March. They returned in Tshwane Mail Centre, which returned it to the Office Where International Parcels Disappear Into Thin Air. All because the parcel was not originally sent to Totiusdal PO (0186). No one can tell me what to do or where to go or who to contact to retrieve my parcel. Is there anybody at SAPO who still lives and breathes and wants to help the public! Tracking no. IJ ********** 3ZA.
