SA Post Office in default of several package deliveries

Dealing with the SA Post Office is beyond frustrating. I've had two international parcels vanish through them and now have another parcel stuck somewhere at customs. I've tried to phone, and have sent several emails to any email address I could find for them.

I did receive a reply to one of the emails I've sent, basically copying and pasting my query and calling it feedback.

Avoid using the SA Post Office at all costs! Personally I receive around 20% of packages sent through them.
