SA Post Office imcompetency and no service delivery

Once again the Post Office showed that they are totally *********** and lie when they cannot answer a query, I visited Meyersdal Post Office to again ask whereabouts of a registered envelope that was mailed the end of November 2020 in Bloemfontein. The sender confirmed that when they queries the whereabouts it was confirmed to be in Meyersdal. The person at the counter said it is in Queensbury and the manager said it was mailed at Queensbury, but was mistakenly send to Randhart office. I went to Randhart office just to discover that they are relocating and the manager said no one spoke to them. I can now understand why the SA Post Office is on the verge of Bankruptcy. They are *********** and have no idea what customer service mean or what their job entail. I would rate them zero star if it is available.
