SA Post Office Ignorance!!

Bought items internationally it's been over 3 months now the Post office ignores inquiries about my packages, I emailed, called and even send a DM but of recent to no reply, last message they said they'd check my name on the registry and that was it never heard from them again. Surely packages have been sent back or lost or ****** by now. THANK YOU!!! I dont even know if it's in the Joburg Mail Exchange or my nearest post office, their app doesn't even recognize tracking numbers for internationally and locally. Touched I am knowing that I had so much hope in this system.
