SA Post Office Hub OR Tambo and customs

I only give them one because I must. Today 21 September I eventually received one of many parcels I have been waiting for via China post. This particular item was ordered in June 2018 and arrived in sa via airmail. I spoke to White River Post Office today when I went to collect this one and the lady was quite distraught as she too complained that the hub at OR Tambo and customs just do not respond, don't answer their phones and take their time releasing goods.

These entities are not doing our country any favours as just now overseas business will stop taking orders from south africa as they spend their time refunding us all because we have rather inefficient bodies working at the Hub who really do not seem to want to help anyone. PLEASE could someone take some notice. Very frustrating.
