SA POST OFFICE HOLDING MY PARCEL HOSTAGE!!!!!

I have been waiting for a parcel for over 2 months now. It was delivered by DHL to the post office in early July, made its way to Cape Town (apparently) only to be sent straight back to JHB on the same day, July 18, and now according to the tracking code it's been stuck there for a month. This is an expensive item worth R2000 I needed urgently. I've tried calling the post office multiple times and no one has answered the phone. I've emailed multiple times and no one responds. What do I possibly do now????
