SA Post Office holding my parcel for a month and doesn't answer the phone

Parcel has been sitting at the Joburg post office since 31 August 2018. I've called the SA Post Office numerous times who cannot help me and tell me to call Joburg. But nobody answers the phone at the Joburg office and the call keeps cutting. I have been trying their number almost every day for the past month, no answer.

The website doesn't even work properly. Very frustrated.
