SA POST OFFICE holding my packages hostage for 2 months!

Absolutely disappointed! I have been waiting for 4 international packages that arrived at the JNB HUB in the first week of October. It is now the middle of December and still no word on my packages. Mind you I live 5-10 minutes away from the facility and I can't gat access to my stuff!
