SA post office has the most pathetic service

Had a small parcel sent to me almost 2 weeks ago with the 2-3 day speed service, got the tracking no, tracking shows that is stil at the same place for almost 2 weeks. Tried calling no answer, tried email still no one can tell me what to do.
