SA post office has terrible service

My parcel was posted from Grassy Park in Cape Town last week and it’s been at Witsbos (hub) for 3 days now. I live in Allen’s neck Weltervreden park. It’s been more than 5 days as per agreement that my package wouldn’t take longer than 5 days. The call center agents places me on hold and I can’t get cold of anyone. Can someone get back to me because this service is unacceptable.
