SA Post Office has poor Service Delivery

I have purchased an item from the UK and it was sent via Royal post to my home address in Silverton Pretoria. The closest post office is Silverton, but the delivery address is supported to be my home address in Pretoria. After several calls to the UK, and unsuccessful International tracking on the SA post office site, the Royal post let me know it was signed in at Silverton Post office, not my home in Silverton. Phoning the Silverton branch was not ever answered and I sent someone to collect the item, based on the tracking number. The Silverton post office was chained and locked because their rent was not paid. To this day almost 5 months later, this branch is still chained. By no means can I get answers from the SA postal services as they keep putting me on hold with the message they have "high call volumes". I then sent, on their voice recommendation, an urgent request via the Email address supp**** to me by the voice recording to *** requesting them to let me know how I am going to get my parcel from the chained and locked Silverton branch. 3 Email attempts with the same request message,, with no response. In the mean time I kept on phoning customer care of the SA post office, but was still set on endless hold with message of "high call volumes". I reverted to phoning SA post office head office, but could not get answer from there registered phone number. I then reverted desperately to *** and has since not had a response. If they are not able to release the parcel from the Silverton Post office branch, as it has been chained by the landlord, what am I to do, to retrieve my parcel. Please help me to get SA post office to respond to when the Silverton branch building is to be re-opened or how to retrieve my parcel. The said goods are extremely important to me and even though the parcel is insured, the Royal post will have to claim from the SA post office, before I will be reimbursed for irreplaceable goods, as the items are most difficult to obtain in the UK.
