SA POST OFFICE GIVES NEW MEANING TO SNAIL MAIL

I received a slip informing me that there was a foreign parcel waiting for me at the Post Office. I was not expecting anything, I then remembered my family in Australia mentioning to me that they had sent me a book for Christmas. When I had not received it by January, they then sent me another one via a South African online company. So imagine my surprise when I opened the parcel at the Post Office and it was the book they had sent in NOVEMBER 2014 and I collected the book today MAY 22nd 2015. When I pointed this out to the less than friendly staff at the Post Office their response was to laugh and not in a nice way. They then continued to natter away. Not even a hint of an apology.<br> They just DON'T CARE!! THUMBS DOWN TO RANDPARK RIDGE POST OFFICE.
