SA Post Office-Gezina

I went to the post office in Gezina, Pretoria, to collect my parcel, and they told me they couldn't find it anywhere else, despite the fact that the system shows that the parcel was dispatched to their end on the 28th of January this year. I've been following up with them, but they don't seem to take my case seriously.
