SA POST OFFICE / GEZINA.

Not a bad experience but difficult. I got my 1st international package but only after it was re-routed to East Lynne by the BRANCH IN GEZINA. This branch never picks up the phone, they re-route packages even though it's within it's jurisdiction. With my 2nd package, I had to call the Cash Crusaders located next to the branch for assistance to pass a message to SAPO GEZINA not to re-route my package and that I would pick it up on 17.04.2019. It's ridiculous. The guy from Cash Crusaders told me that he was treated rudely.

This branch has no clue what customer service is. It's the worst.
