SA Post Office George & Tshwane Hubs failure

Packages respectively booked in at George Hub on 18/9/2015 and Tshwane Hub on 23/9/2015 have not left these Hubs and packages not received up to today. Customer Service toll free line does not pick up and despite various messages left on customer services online, I have not received any feedback. What is wrong with you people????? I have paid for these items as well as the postal service!!
