SA Post Office ***** !!

SA Post Office (Faerie Glen) are *******! My parcel (valued at approximately R1000) was not delivered to its destination and has not arrived since July 2019. They charged me approximately R1300 for fees and they do not want to repay my money! I have laid several complaints and filled in all filled in all sorts of forms but nobody is getting back to me. I will never, ever use SA Post Office of any branch again!!!
