SA POST OFFICE FOOLS PEOPLE WITH FAST MAIL

I recently used fast mail for something extremely urgent, whilst being misled by the SA Post office website that fast mail takes a maximum of three days to be delivered. After three days I contacted the people to whom the urgent documents were being sent, only to be told that they had not received anything as yet. I then contacted the call center where I was kept waiting on the line for almost half an hour, eventually when the phone was answered the agent tells me that fast mail is pointless and that it is the same as using normal mail, also that the website has not been updated. Wow! And then he says is that all and cuts the call??? How rude is that? We pay these people with our taxes and yet they cannot even answer a phone eloquently. It is like they have better things to do. It is disgusting! So my documents are sitting somewhere and they cannot be tracked and according to the agent it will take 12 to 20 days. So how do I get them back so that I can actually use a service that is fast and not just called fast mail as a disguise!!!
