SA Post Office fastmail delay

Hi I sent a parcel via FASTMAIL from the Kwamashu Post office on Friday 06/07/18. it was addressed to Umhlanga but it still has not arrived and it is now Tuesday 10/07/18. The cashier was so rude and even refused to give me a slip for my fast mail envelope purchase. I need an explanation as to why fastmail has taken over two days to make the delivery. Looking forward for this to be sorted out urgently
