SA Post Office fails yet again. Do we really need them?

I have ordered several items from wish. They should've been delivered on the 25th of July 2018. However the postal strike was again a convenient excuse not to work. I have contacted the JHB Hub several times, Customs and our local post office branch. I have sent emails to the so-called post office customer care and to Mike Barnes. No one is bothered to answer or respond. I have lodged an official request at my local branch to find out what is going on. They are also incapable of even pretending to help. The strike has been over for 3 weeks and they cannot give answers. Pathetic!!!
