SA Post Office Failing

This is by FAR the worst service I have ever delt with and it wasnt by choice. Cape Town has a few extensions to phone and track your parcel or mail but NONE of the lines even work. Parcels are delayed with weeks due to "back logs". This is bullsh*&, its pathetic management.
