SA Post Office. DO NOT USE... NO MATTER WHAT!!!

On the 11th of May, 2021 I paid for a service to mail a package from Pretoria, South Africa to Tema, Ghana. Before I committed to this, I was told my package would take a maximum of 14 days to arrive which was okay with me.

It is exactly 34 days today and my package has not arrived, neither is someone picking my calls to explain what exactly is happening. No answer to phone calls, neither will they even reply your email. Can someone who is competent enough tell me where my package is and explain to me why its never arrived to it’s destination even after 1 month. What is this level of incompetence?

Before you use SA Post Office, think twice.
