SA POST OFFICE DISASTER. USELESS PEOPLE.

The Junk Status of South Africa must in part be attributed to the South African Postal Service. The agents in the offices are arrogant, lazy, ***********. I have been told NOT to use the post office by the manager of the local post office Northwold, Johannesburg; Madikana Donald on two occasions. He said it takes too long and it is too expensive. My last letter was treated by him again. It took 20 minutes to post a letter. He was trembling, fumbling, and confused. I had to prompt him to keep the process going. The paper work is ****ensian. I cannot believe that we are still writing out receipts in duplicate in a receipt book. All the information concerning the parcel or letter is entered into a computer but the writing out by hand continues. The worst post offices that I have encountered in all my travels around Africa. South Africa is useless.
