SA POST OFFICE did not deliver their promise

good morning, in 2014 around the months August &september i received a wrong order/parcel from a company called 'homechoice'. i returned the parcel back to 'homechoice' via the 'postoffice' in november 2014, since today the 'postoffice' didn't diliver the parcel. now my account with homechoice is in arrears because they think i still have the parcel with me.
