SA Post Office - Diabolical! SASSA Change Over - No Direction

Have been calling Mark Barnes's office for over a week now - trying to assist my elderly mother of 75 with her state pension and then the SASSA change over.

Well, surprise surprise........no joy! No feedback! No positive outcome! Whom every is employed at the SA Post Office couldn't care a hoot! It's clearly evident from their lack of commitment to their respective positions.
