SA post office delaying my immigration process by 1 month.

I am totally discussed by the lever of non service delivered by the SAPO. My international tracked and signed parcel has been stuck at the JHB international mail hub for 1 month now. Everytime i log onto there site the tracking number comes up as received by the JHB international mail hub. The problem i have with this is that this is an official document that has been requested by the Australian DIBP for my application to immigrate. I am being delayed with serious time delays here and i have spent alot of money for this process hoping to have received my visa by now. The SAPO is not doing the job that we are paying them to do and i do not feel satisfied that they are competent to do this job any longer. They are in charge of delivering mail being of high importance or little importance and they cannot even get this correct. I paid the Royal mail R460 for a specialised delivery service and it got here quite speedy but when entering South Africa obviously they did not feel my parcel was of any importance as its just another parcel. When calling the EMS office i do not get any answer. When calling JHB international mail hub i do not get any answer. Why do these companies have tel numbers? Is it for personal use perhaps , because it is absolutely not for bussiness use. I am horrified that these *********** idiots are in charge of delivering our personal documents and other parcels.
