SA Post Office Customs ****** Me

So I bought two pairs of shoes online from Fashionova, paid for 5 - 10 days shipping, for both pairs plus shipping was about R 500.00. SA Post Office customs decided to keep my shoes for a while and when it finally gets to a close by post office for me to collect after many battling phone calls and emails with them, they requesting a fee of R460.00 from me to get my package. Why must I pay almost the same price as I paid for my shoes to get my shoes from SA Post Office?? This is not the 1st time I bought stuff online but definitely the first time they ask for sooooo much money. Usually pay just like R30 - R70 per parcel. I am so dissapointed. Some of my packages don't even arrive because of customs and the ****py SA Post Office system. I would give this company zero stars if I could really they don't deserve 1 star.
